RESERVING unto the Grantors their heirs successors and/or assigns an easement for ingress, egress and utilities
described as follows:
The West 15 Feet of the South 15 Feet of the Northeast Quarter Lot 21, recorder in Book 1 of Land Surveys, Page 91,
of the Records of Yavapai County, Arizona.
PARCEL NO.2:
An Easement for ingress, egress and utilities described as follows:
The North 15 Feet of the Southwest Quarter of Lot 21, recorded in Book 1 of Land Surveys, Page 91, of the Records of
Yavapai County, Arizona; And
The South 15 Feet of the Northwest Quarter Lot 21, recorded in Book 1 of Land Surveys, Page 91, of the Records of
Yavapai County, Arizona; And
The West 15 Feet of the North 15 Feet of the Southeast Quarter of Lot 21 Recorded in Book 1 of Land Surveys Page
91, Records of Yavapai County, Arizona.
Anyone having legal claim on the above described land, must make this claim within [30] days of the date of this notice,
