A Group of Land Owners
Who Are We
We are a group of property owners in Northern Arizona.
Who are tired of our county's miss use of our rights.
Many of us are federal land patent holders. And we encourage everyone to patent their land, but, do not
require it to participate here.
The county in our region is trying to force out, penalize and bankrupt our neighbors. They do not use any
standard that is uniform through out their system. They do drive-by inspections and have actually crossed
posted fence lines without permission or proper search warrants, which violate their own rules and
regulations. They ignore our land patents. They ignore grand fathering. They have removed older citizens
from their properties and bulldozed their homes, citizens who lived on their lands in excess of 20 years.
Their hearing process violates our 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendment rights under the Constitution of the
United States. They also suspend Arizona
rules of evidence, so they have to prove nothing.
We encourage you to ask questions, seek the answers for yourself. Talk to your neighbors learn for
yourself what is happening in your own community.
If you live in northern Arizona and know of any incident that the county you live in has violated any laws,
rules or regulations, then by all means let us know.
Remember document each incident. WHO, WHEN, WHERE.
If you find anyone on posted private property, either yours or your neighbors, ask them if they have either
permission from the owner or a legal search warrant. If they do not get their names and the organization
they work for then, call the FBI and have them arrested. Call other neighbors to serve as witnesses.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

politicians to do what was given us by our fore fathers.
